Making Tijuana-inspired dishes from Que Onda’s new menu The “Passport to Mexico” menu is serving new dishes for a limited time.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - A Charlotte favorite is launching a limited time menu, and we got a taste test.

Juan Romero and Manny Flores of Que Onda joined the show to talk about their “Passport to Mexico” menu, inspired by food from Tijuana.

The menu includes four appetizers, four tacos, three entrees and a dessert.

While they were with us, they made a salad, camarones cucaracha, arrachera asada and a Tijuana-inspired cocktail.
