CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - A family-owned company in Charlotte is churning out cheese, following an authentic Italian recipe.

Alfonso and Gerardo Siano of Siano Mozzarella joined the show to talk about their cheese and their history in the cheese-making business.

All of Siano Mozzarella’s cheeses are made fresh with no preservatives or colorings. Their production line includes mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella cheeses.

While they were with us, the Sianos made some of the cheese and shared where you can buy some.
