CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - According to Yelp Elites, the best pasta in North Carolina is right here in the Queen City! Out of all the pasta around town, Little Mama’s Penne alla vodka was ranked the best in the state.
So of course, we had to bring Executive Chef Marc Jacksina to the QC Kitchen to make the Charlotte classic for us.
