Slow Cooker Easy Easter Brunch: Cinnamon Roll Casserole

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - With a few ingredients and a slow cooker, you can have a sweet Easter brunch without spending hours in the kitchen. Jana and Jorge shows you how to whip up this easy recipe from fitslowercookerqueen.com in the video above.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon roll with icing
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  • Spray slow cooker with non stick spray
  • Break apart, cinnamon rolls and place in slow cooker
  • Combine melted butter, heavy, whipping cream, cinnamon, syrup, and vanilla in a bowl
  • Pour mixture over cinnamon roll dough pieces
  • Stir to coat dough pieces
  • Cover slow cooker with paper towel or clean towel; place lid on top of towel (optional to prevent condensation)
  • Cook on high for 2-3 hours stir each hour
  • Serve warm with drizzled icing
