CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - With a few ingredients and a slow cooker, you can have a sweet Easter brunch without spending hours in the kitchen. Jana and Jorge shows you how to whip up this easy recipe from fitslowercookerqueen.com in the video above.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon roll with icing
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Spray slow cooker with non stick spray
- Break apart, cinnamon rolls and place in slow cooker
- Combine melted butter, heavy, whipping cream, cinnamon, syrup, and vanilla in a bowl
- Pour mixture over cinnamon roll dough pieces
- Stir to coat dough pieces
- Cover slow cooker with paper towel or clean towel; place lid on top of towel (optional to prevent condensation)
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours stir each hour
- Serve warm with drizzled icing
