CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - If you’re looking for a way to spruce up your holiday meal this year, then making a Brie tree could be just the thing for you.
Christopher Shelton, the owner of Graze Craze in the Ballantyne area, came by the QC Kitchen to demonstrate how to make one - the same way that Graze Craze makes them for their holiday charcuterie boards.
Not only is it a nice touch on the dinner table, but creating a charcuterie board is also any easy way to provide healthy and delicious meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.
To learn more about Graze Craze, and to see how the Brie tree was made, be sure to watch our segment above.
