CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Asparagus may not be as infamous as Brussels sprouts or beets, but it still has far from the best reputation amongst vegetables.
However, in honor of National Asparagus Day, we brought on chef Monica Smith to redefine how you think about the plant.
With chef Smith’s recipe, anyone can pan-cook asparagus which is so tasty it may just flip some opinions.
