CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - From painters to performers, art takes many forms and Maleika “Leika” Carter is a standout example of what happens when creativity meets community.

A visual artist, experience curator, and content creator, Leika’s work is rooted in self-identification, manifestation, and reflection - centering the experiences of the queer community and people of color. Her multi-disciplinary approach spans social media content, fashion styling, event curation, and hand-crafted mirror upcycling, all designed to make people feel seen and celebrated.

Driven by identity, wellness, and self-expression, Leika’s mission is to show up as her best self and inspire others to do the same. She joins QC Life to invite the community to a special event - a FOMO takeover of 5th Street Live on June 18th, kicking off Juneteenth weekend in style.

She’s available for digital artwork, mirror commissions, styling, content creation, creative direction, and event collaboration.
